What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Content Creation & Strategy Execution
- Develop and schedule engaging, high-quality content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Write compelling copy, create visuals (with AI or design tools), and leverage video content to maximize engagement.
- Implement strategic content plans, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments, engage with followers, and build relationships.
- Identify trending topics and industry conversations to position CollabGenius as a thought leader.
- Track and analyze audience engagement, making real-time optimizations for better performance.
Execution & Performance Management
- Organize ongoing implementation of campaigns and ensure measurable progress.
- Multi-task and manage multiple content streams, deadlines, and social media initiatives simultaneously.
- Ensure all content is published on time and aligned with marketing objectives.
- Track content performance, analyze data, and report on engagement and growth metrics.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
- Quickly identify and resolve content challenges, tech issues, or engagement gaps.
- Take ownership of social media execution, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
